We Are Greeley is organized as a nonprofit social welfare organization under section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. There are no limits on the amounts that may be contributed to We Are Greeley by an individual, corporation, union, or trade association; however, We Are Greeley does not accept contributions from foreign entities. We Are Greeley’s policy is to not provide the names of its donors to the general public. Contributions to We Are Greeley are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. We Are Greeley only accepts contributions from Greeley residents.
